Amy Berg is a Master-Instructor in both White Light Reiki & Integrated Energy Therapy and an LMT in New Jersey.

It is both my calling and my business to help others heal.  Integrity with my work and my word are non-negotiable.

At the end of my life I don't want to say that I had a gift, I knew I could help, and didn't. I am not a Guru, but I will share what I have learned. I am a work in progress as we all are.  I don't use or advertise stories about successes without permission in order to validate or get praise.

I do the work I do to contribute to the good of all.

I have cultivated a pattern of trust with my students/clients and we all grow together.

Amy's healing journey began after searching for assistance with migraine headaches, stress and back pain. Amy worked a large corporation in customer service, accounting and management for years and was looking for a way to facilitate work/life balance. It was at that point that she was introduced to the benefits of White Light Reiki. As a Master-Instructor Amy used her corporate skills to streamline the information and excel as an instructor. Amy empowers others to achieve results in their healing journey and assist those they love.

Amy started her private White Light Reiki hands-on healing practice in 1998. She offered treatments at a popular local health spa to clients for relaxation. She then offered treatments as an integral part of care plans at an out- patient mental health center in East Brunswick, NJ. In 2000, she expanded her outreach offering 3 years of very well received White Light Reiki Certification courses at Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ. Her grounded, professional and dynamic classes facilitated over 700+ certifications of practitioners at all levels.

Amy added a Massage Therapy Certification in 2008 to enhance her understanding of the physical body. As a lifetime student Amy seeks continuing education in all modalities to enhance her sessions and instruction.

Amy Berg is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved provider. As such, Amy can issue CEU's for Massage Therapists.

Amy's sessions include connecting physical, spiritual and emotional healing. There are physical manifestations caused by emotional or spiritual stress. An example would be sick to your stomach or stress headaches. Physical reactions to environmental triggers. White Light Reiki goes to the root of the problem and assists you to relax and break down the blockages and balancing the body's energy system allowing energy to flow freely. Very much like acupuncture without the needles.
